In close conjunction with Internal and External OEM and Digital Program Operator stakeholders, I manage end to end integration, enterprise solution, and Tier 3 digital projects.Focused primarily on Automotive OEM-DMS integrations and CRM, Digital Retail, and Aftersales projects, I liaise with partners including Honda, Mazda, Hyundai, and Kia, as well as JD Power, Autodata Solutions, and Shift Digital to predict and mitigate risk, plan projects, ensure proper resourcing, budgeting, legal agreements, and technical documentation are in place for product and engineering teams globally.
Additionally I am responsible for all CRM, Digital Retail, and Aftersales program management to ensure that product delivery meets agreed upon scope with Program Operator partners.

Business Consultant (client: Lexus USA) June 2019-March 2021
Dedicated to the client Lexus USA, I advised national and regional field teams on digital and operational opportunities within automotive dealerships by analyzing digital and in-person opportunities, developing and delivering learning events, materials, and plans; and fostering growth through transparency of data.
Responsible for the Lexus dealer-body of the Northeastern US, I traveled with and without Lexus field representatives to dealerships to research and craft improvements to the sales lifecycle to cater to premium clientele.
I drove sales and CSI success with dealer/partners by consulting on retail process and best practices, resulting in improved dealer and guest satisfaction.
In addition, I developed action plans and leave-behind materials for dealership management and sales teams to increase their digital performance KPIs, achieving an avg. 5% increase in internet sales closing ratio YoY.
